Late Policy

We have a 10 minute late arrival policy; any later and we cannot guarantee your time slot as we want to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointments.

We ask that you cancel or modify an appointment a minimum of 2 hours in advance. We will be happy to help find you a better suited time.

Please note that clients who do not show up for their appointment without calling will be considered a no show. Clients with reoccurring no shows may result in their booking privileges being revoked.
